This week we started a backyard project building out a shaded patio area (will share more in a later post) - this is important because we currently get about 4% shade and that is not working for the vampire in me. I am extra excited about this because I am not into direct sunlight one bit, can't stand it, so it will be so great to actually start using our backyard when this thing is done. I have been in daydream mode thinking about all of the outdoor dining and lounging in our future. We get such great weather here, its a crime not to be outside, lounging, dining al fresco, pretending the soft sounds of the highway are candy-colored vespas on the stone roads of capri. Easy to confuse the two.
